This is the cake that Murray Linkert
developed almost 80 years ago in Hamilton, and his methods are
followed to this day. We believe that only by taking the utmost
care in every aspect of our production can we turn out a cake
that meets your high standards. From fine glace fruit, to a
minimum 24-hour marination in a liqueur, specialized according
to the kind of cake and careful mixing. Finally, slow baking in
wooden frames for hours that are numbered by personal attention,
not a timer. No chemical preservatives or artificial colours are
added. |
